These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.cheapora.com (the “Website” or “Cheapora”), operated by Waan Travel Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202418948C), a licensed Singapore Travel Agent (STB Licence TA03795). By using the Website you agree to these Terms.
1. Our role
Cheapora operates a travel search and comparison platform (“metasearch”) covering flights, hotels and car rentals. Once travel-partner integrations are activated, you may be redirected to a third-party travel provider to complete a booking.
2. Third-party providers
Bookings, payments, tickets, vouchers and services are supplied and confirmed by the relevant third-party provider (airline, online travel agency, hotel supplier, car-rental provider or similar). The provider’s own terms and conditions apply and prevail in relation to their products and services.
3. Demonstration data
Whilst partner integrations are being finalised, the Website may display demonstration search results (flights, hotels, cars, deals) that illustrate the intended Cheapora comparison experience. Demonstration prices and availability are not confirmed live inventory and must not be relied on as bookable. Live pricing and availability will be provided once partner integrations are activated.
4. Prices and availability
Once live, prices and availability are supplied by third-party providers and can change without notice. The final price and inclusions are confirmed by the relevant provider at the point of booking. Please see our Price & Availability Disclaimer.
5. Affiliate compensation
Cheapora (operated by Waan Travel Pte. Ltd.) may receive commission, referral fees or other compensation from selected travel partners. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorised access, interfering with the operation of the Website, or using automated tools to scrape our content.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website (excluding third-party content) is owned by or licensed to Waan Travel Pte. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Waan Travel Pte. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or from products or services obtained from third-party providers.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
